Established since 2014, EXCEL Success Academy is a full-time, non-profit, primary & secondary school, for us to make greater, sustainable impact on our communities. Our school is focused on reducing the gap, by providing an affordable, quality, world-class education for underprivileged students.
The pandemic has visibly expanded the socio-economic gap of inequity and inequality for public education in Trinidad & Tobago. During of the COVID-19 pandemic, EXCEL Success Academy championed the cause for equality in education for our under-privileged students. Our goal is to spark a revolution in education by pioneering innovative, education curriculum and courses, that equips students with unique inter-disciplinary academic and world-of-work career competencies, such as leadership, entrepreneurship, workplace etiquette, ethical citizenship, and global competitiveness and performance skill sets, to give them a better shot at success, in a rapidly changing world.

Our mission and vision is simple, 'Transforming our nations' youth through mentorship, motivation, and innovative education. We have successfully achieved this by over 120 enrolled and graduated students, trained 5,000 plus students, and 60 schools impacted and empowered by our programs. Many of our SEA students have achieved their first-choice school placements and CSEC students attaining distinctions with confidence.
